In short
This site collects almost nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.
What we collect
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If you pick a language, that preference is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves it.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, and message you submit, along with a Cloudflare Turnstile check confirming you're human. Your submission is delivered to us by email via AWS infrastructure in Canada and is used only to reply to you. Nothing is stored in a database.
If you email us at contact@truaide.ai, we use your message and address only to reply. We don't add you to mailing lists and we don't share your details with anyone.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations, as described in Cloudflare's own policies.
Your rights
TruAide operates under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may ask what personal information we hold about you — for most visitors: none beyond email correspondence — and ask us to correct or delete it.
